Brief History
The Miller area of Gary displays the dunes and a small business thoroughfare to Lake Michigan on which the Woodson Branch is located. The present 13,378 square foot building opened in February 1991. A large fish tank greets visitors as you enter. The building houses a spacious meeting room, storytelling area and children’s area.
